Opening Times
Doors open 3pm Friday 21st May.
Campers must depart by 11am Monday 24th May.
Music starts 5 pm Friday.
Workshops and activities, including the Kids Tent, start 8 am Saturday.
Getting here
By public transportation
BUS: Braziers Park is served by the X40 Thames Travel service connecting to Oxford, Wallingford and Reading. The Braziers Lane stop is a request stop so ask the driver, and it’s a 5 minute walk to the festival site from the stop. Take care if crossing the busy A4074. The pedestrian route to Wood down Braziers Lane will be signposted.
TRAIN: It’s best to go to Reading station and then catch theX40 bus to Braziers Park, as these buses run from just outside the station. Goring & Streatley Station is around 40-60 minutes walk with steep hills and no buses- occasionally taxis.
To catch a bus from Reading railway station, leave the station at the main entrance, cross the road opposite and make your way to bus stop EB. The bus takes approximately 30-35 minutes.
By car
There is a £25 (weekend) parking charge per vehicle.
Please note: cars with 3 or more occupants receive a £5 rebate; single-occupancy vehicles will be charged a further £5 on arrival.
We recommend parking is purchased in advance.

Liftshare is free to use and helps people who are going to the same place connect to share lifts. There is a dedicated Liftshare Community for people attending festivals.
By camper van
Camper vans, live-in vehicles and Tent Boxes all require a separate camper van ticket – available from the ticket page.
Vehicles must not exceed 6m in length.
Camper vans, live-in vehicles and Tent Boxes are sited in the main field in a different area to general camping.
We do not allow towed vehicles such as caravans.

Staying here
Camping
3 nights camping in the beautiful surrounds of Braziers Park, Oxfordshire, is included with your weekend tickets.
We need to keep an emergency access lane through the campsite, and also to make sure there is room for everyone to camp; please pitch your tent sensibly and co-operate with any requests from our friendly campsite team.
No gazebos or event shelters are allowed in the campsite.
For your safety the campsite is monitored 24 hours.
Hire a luxury bell tent
Luxury bell tents for 2 - 4 people are available to hire from our friends at Beautiful-Bells.co.uk.
Your tent will be ready and waiting for you on your arrival at the festival!
Includes:
5m cream canvas bell tent furnished with flooring, rug, cushions, mirror, bedside tables, LED lanterns, fairy lights and REAL plants.
Beds and mattresses - each single comes with additional memory foam topper, duvet with cover, fitted sheet, 2 pillows with cases and additional blankets.
Bell tents can be booked when purchasing tickets for the event.

Need a hand? Wallingford Girl Guides can help!
Support Wallingford Girl Guiding as they raise funds for their Mexico Girl Guiding Adventure in 2026!
The Wallingford Girl Guides will help carry your kit (£10) and pitch your tent (£15).
Wheelbarrows will also be available to hire at £10/ hour with a £20 deposit.
The Wallingford Girl Guides Team will be available from 3 pm on Friday afternoon in the car park.
Wood-fired showers
Our wood-fired showers will be running throughout the weekend.
Woodland Playground
This area will be open from 8 am - 6 pm.
Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
The equipment in this area is challenging and potentially dangerous.
The equipment is for use by children between 4 and 12 years of age.
Children play at their own risk.
Food and drink
Free drinking water is available from all water points. Water on site comes from mains water - with taps, hand washing stations and washing up sinks around the site. Please be mindful of your water use!
We have a wonderful variety of food and drink on offer at Wood. In 2025, we had Soleluna Pizza, Burger Theory, Plantuguese, Taste Tibet, Cheeky Pancakes, Damascus Rose Kitchen, Citroen Brew Box & Deux Chevaux Espresso, Shepherds Ice Cream, Just Add Chips & Peas, Tudor’s Pralines and The Witches’ Kitchen. Check back as the food offering for 2026 will be confirmed very soon!
Our friendly bar-people serve locally-sourced ale, organic cider and cold cans of lager, as well as wines, spirits and soft drinks. Only those over 18 will be served alcohol. We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
The food and drink outlets are what help to keep small, independent festivals like ours going! We do our best to offer value for money so please make sure to patronise our bar and food stalls.
What about the toilets?
All the toilets are composting. Don't knock it until you try it!

Welfare
Minors
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Children aged 13-17 need to have a Teen ticket.
Children 12 and under need to have a Child ticket.
Children under the age of 2 go free but we do ask that you include them in your purchase so we know who's coming.
We kindly ask that all children under 13 wear wristbands with the phone number of their parent or guardian. These wristbands will be provided when you arrive at the main entrance to the festival.
Festival HQ
Please report any issues or concerns to a member of the Wood Festival team.
Staff members wear Wood HQ lanyards. Volunteers wear high-visibility waistcoats.
You can also head to Festival HQ where someone in our team will be able to direct you to the help you need.
First Aid
First aid is located next to Festival HQ near the Treebadour Tent and is staffed 24 hours.
Safer Spaces
Wood HQ works hard to make our festival a safe and inclusive space and have signed the Safer Spaces charter.

Ear Plugs
Free disposable ear plugs are available from Festival HQ.
Lost Property
Over the weekend, lost property can be handed in or reclaimed at Festival HQ.
After the event, please get in touch if you lost something or left something behind. We have a lot of items handed in to us and we would be really happy to get your things back to you!
We keep items that have been handed into Lost Property for 6 weeks after the event. Items not reclaimed after 6 weeks will be donated to charity or recycled.
FAQs
Can I bring my dog?
We’re sorry but dogs must stay at home. This field is used for grazing when we are not here.
Assistance dogs are allowed on site but we kindly ask for proof that the dog is registered with an organisation that is a member of Assistance Dogs UK. More information can be found on by clicking on the link to our Accessibility Information page.
Can I have my own campfire?
Open fires are not allowed. You are warmly invited to sit around the main campfire from dusk ‘til late.
Raised BBQs are permitted for cooking purposes only. These need to be raised off the ground and leave no trace when you go home.
Due to limited space in our camping field, we do not guarantee use of a BBQ. BBQs use permitted at the discretion of the Wood Festival team.
Can I volunteer?
You sure can!
Applications for volunteer stewards are now open. We welcome disabled volunteers and can make reasonable adjustments.
Volunteers work 12 hours in total over the festival weekend in exchange for a weekend festival pass which includes camping for 3 nights.
Volunteers must be 18 or over.
