Current protection of our planet’s biosphere is not working, despite many of our best efforts. Too often, we are isolated in silos and specialisms that don’t connect or achieve hoped-for outcomes. How can we create a cultural transformation and remind ourselves that we are part of nature along the way? 

In Iron Age and Celtic beliefs, river confluences were considered sacred. The river was regarded as a living being, an important member of the community. 

Dorchester, where the Thame joins the Thames, seems the right place to bring together artists, activists, academics, land-owners and government to forge new collaborations and pathways to restore Nature (with us as part of it).
